The purpose of this course is prepare the student for the experience of the CISSP examination and give the students tools that can help them in their Information Systems Security career. The course will take place in a 5-day lecture which will include daily practice tests and a final test that will mimic the real examination. After the CISSP domains have been covers, there will be real life discussions with hands on experience. The ONLY time laptops will be used are during wardriving exercises, and during the capture the flag drills. The student should walk away from the event with a clear understanding of what it takes to become a CISSP and the confidence to pass the test. There will also be a certificate of completion and a DVD filled with tools and resources that will help any white hat hacker with their future career. The best part, each student will come out of the course with both a Security+* certification and a Certified Ethical Hacker*. If you already have a credential and need Continuing Professional Education credits, this course may earn you up to 50 CPEs.
